ANDERSON Inspections Inc. specializes in providing complete and comprehensive commercial real-estate inspections. Founded in 2005, Anderson Inspections draws from 30 years of prior experience in commercial, industrial, property development, and residential construction. Unlike many inspection companies, we can also advise our clients on the constructability of new projects and provide complete Construction Management budgets and construction services if needed.

We also offer complete insurance inspections, including Roof Certifications, Wind Mitigation Inspections, and Four Point Inspections. Our forms are all typed, placed in PDF files, along with the appropriate photographs required, and forwarded electronically to the insurance agent and copied to the client.
